The State Duma passed a law on canceling of licensing of the gaming equipment for the period of half a year
Today the State Duma has passed the law canceling the licensing of the gaming equipment for the half a year ahead. The proper amendments to the federal law “On licensing of some kinds of activity” were proved on today’s meeting of Lower House. The base law provides for obligatory licensing of activity on producing and saling of gaming equipment. However the statute on the order of licensing isn’t still ratified and the operating agency isn’t appointed. Thus the producers of gaming equipment forcedly break the Russian legislature. The law postpones introduction of the rule till the first of August, 2006.
