Ballo Igor - President of ADIB (Gaming Business Association).
He was born on April 19th, 1954. He has a degree in medicine and economics and had been doing his professional job for some years. From the beginning of perestroika, in late 80th of last century he took up enterprising.
He has been working in the gaming industry since 1988, and ranked among pioneers of this new and unusual for soviet society field of business. Many aspects of work in this specific field that seem to be commonplace and usual nowadays were tried out and furthered with direct participation of Igor Ballo. In particular in spring of 1991, he found a first in the USSR casino 'Club N". He was among those people, who started to produce equipment for the gaming industry. He is a founder and a joint owner of a "Zhar-ptisa" club that was reorganized into "Beverly Hills" club with famous American actor and businessman Chuck Norris as a partner.
ADIB(Gaming Business Association), association that played a great role in foundation of modern entertaining and gaming industry in Russia, contributed to establishing of productive communication with society and authorities was found in 1992 under initiative of Igor Ballo. Representing corporative interests of gaming community Igor Ballo was part of special governmental committee on regulation and law compliance in gaming business field, took part in working out of normative documents, regulating it's actions. At the same time ADIB made out a great work, carrying out numerous charitable and educative actions for veterans, children and poor people under direction of Igor Ballo. Igor Ballo was rewarded with honorary medal of Peace Defense Committee for active public work and personal contribution on organization of socially important actions in 1995. Now, remaining a permanent president of ADIB and directing the work of this association, Igor Ballo keeps on successfully working in the gaming industry.
Milov Valery - First Vice-president, chief-executive of ADIB (Gaming Business Association).
Was born March 25th, 1946. Graduated from Moscow State Technical University. Valeriy Milov has been working in gaming industry since 1988. He worked in the company "Amherst casino international" headed by Finnish businessman Pekka Salmi, one of the founders of gaming business in the USSR Working together with mister Salmi, he opened a first foreign currency casino in "Savoy" hotel and a casino "Fortuna" in "Mejdunarodnaya" hotel. Valeriy Milov opened first casino in Ukraine located in "Rus' Kievskaya" hotel together with mister Salmi in 1996. He has been working with I.Y Ballo since 1996. He was a general manager in many casinos in Moscow and regions. Today he keeps on doing commercial and public activity.
Goroshko Evgeny - Regional development vice-president.
Was born on January 7th, 1969 in Berezniki, Perm district. He has been working as a director of a legal department in "Labi" company in Chelyabinsk for 10 years. He moved to Moscow in 2003. He gained a status of a lawyer in the middle of 2005. Also is currently doing a private practice by defending the interests of gaming companies in court.
He is an author of great number of articles on problems of taxation and legislative control of the gaming industry. He is an author of "Gaming and bets in Russia-2005" (jointly with Evgeniy Kovtun) and "Gaming industry for lamers".
