The bill of ADIB "About activity on the organization and carrying out of gaming and bets"
Gaming Business Association (ADIB) has published the bill "About activity on the organization and carrying out of gaming and bets in territory of the Russian Federation ".
ADIB has published its own bill "About activity on the organization and carrying out of gaming and bets ". According to executive director of ADIB Valery Milov, this bill is a golden mean between proposals of various fractions and representatives of the State Duma and requests of the gaming.
President of ADIB Igor Ballo has emphasized the development of the bill by the lawyers of ADIB:
Of course, we can always find people who are displeased even with this project, but our task as association uniting big and small operators of a gaming to offer an optimum model of the legislation on a gaming which will satisfy the state, gaming business and a society. Our branch should be brought up to a new qualitative level, but observance of current legislation by the market participants in Russia, representatives of legislative and executive powers should become a passport to success of this break-through. Here much for this reason our bill does not offer radical measures on regulation of activity on the organization and carrying out of gaming and bets.
We will be glad to hear opinion of participants of the branch, representatives of the government and citizens of our country concerning our bill and we shall try to consider all wishes ".
