ADIB furthers to regions
A meeting of founders and members of the Association took place in ADIB today. Realization of a new ADIB program which concerns expansions of representation of the Association in regions was discussed at the meeting. Igor Ballo proposed a candidacy of director of the Ryazan Company «Gaming House», Sergey Romanov on a post of an ADIB representative in Ryazan and the Ryazan area. The candidacy of Sergey Romanov was unanimously approved. Sergey Romanov has promised to do everything in order to make ADIB properly represented in his region.
As he said, the main thing that is necessary to make today is to maintain an effective dialogue of businessmen with a local legislative assembly.
Information of ADIB: Sergey Romanov was born on June, 25th, 1964 in Ryazan. Graduated from the Ryazan State Radio engineering Academy and from a faculty of law of the Ryazan State Pedagogical University in 2001. Serially headed a number of the Ryazan enterprises working in sphere of a gaming since 1992, took part in foundation of several Ryazan casino and a large network of halls of slot machines. He has been doing an active public work on protection of interests of the Ryazan businessmen since 1998. He is a constant participant of industrial regional and federal conferences. Sergey Romanov has many articles on problems of legislative regulation and the organization of carrying out of gaming and bets. His book: "The Gaming in Russia. History, legislation, taxation and licensing "was published in 1999. He heads ADIB of the Ryazan area since 2001.
