Gaming Business Association (ADIB) announced a release of a new book of Evgeny Kovtun “Gaming in Russia: Legislative Control”

The book was published in Saint-Petersburg by a “Juridical center-press” printing house. Total number of it’s pages is 216. There is a detailed practice of legislative control of Russian gaming business since its' appearance till nowadays.
There is an excursus into historical domain of gaming and bets in Russia, review of USSA experience and experience of post-Soviet and modern Russia. For the first time there is made an attempt of building up a Concept of the industry development, the optimum taxation scheme and legislative control of gaming business on the territory of Russian Federation is proposed.
The book contains all statistic data of development Russian gaming business over the last 5 years.
