143 gaming tables and 4417 slot machines operated legally in Bashkiria in 2007
The amount of gambling tax paid by Bashkiria`s gambling facilities in 2007 was 622.726 million rubles. It was reported to the IA REGNUM`s correspondent by the Republic of Bashkiria`s Federal Tax Service Administration on May 28th.
Of them, 110.876 million rubles were paid gaming table profits and 511.850 million rubles – from slot machines. Last year no gambling tax was generated in Bashkiria from bookmakers` offices and totes as there were no such items of taxation within the Republic.
All in all, in 2007 143 gaming tables and 4417 slot machines legally operated in the Republic. 23 gambling operators submitted gambling tax declarations throughout the region in 2007. Be reminded that tas of January 1st, 2008, legal operations of slot machines have been forbidden in Bashkiria pursuant to the RB`s law “On banning slot machine gambling organization and arrangement within the RB”.
