Control over gaming business strengthened in Rostov region
On October 17th the Rostov region Legislative Assembly working group for control over gaming business organization had a session where they discussed the situation formed in the region. As IA REGNUM was informed by the press service of Legislative Assembly, the working group recommended the regional Ministry of Economics to monthly submit the results of the inventory of gaming business properties to the Federal Tax Service Administration (FTSA) of Rostov region and the regional State Administration of Internal Affairs and develop a plan of joint actions on audit of gambling facilities.
FTSA of Rostov region was advised to monthly send the list of operating gambling facilities, indicating the gambling operator, the location, and the number of taxation items, to the working group, to the regional State Administration of Internal Affairs and to the Ministry of Econimics.
The State Administration of Internal Affairs of the region was recommended to monthly send the information on the results of preventive work against illegal gambling operations, indicating the exact addresses of audits made and actions taken, to the working group and the Ministry of Economics.
The members of the working group claimed responsible for regular speeches in the mass media to cast light on the situation in the gambling industry. The heads of the local governmental agencies were suggested to develop a complex of organizational events ceasing the operations of the gambling facilities which do not meet the legislative requirements.
