IdeAttack represented its Kaliningrad gaming zone project
IdeAttack, an American architect corporation, made a presentation of the “Yantarni Bereg” theme park in Kaliningrad yesterday. The park will consist of 10 zones, including berths for cruise ships, an aqua park, an oceanarium, spa zone, hotels and casinos: “Tsarskiy Dvorets” (Czar Palace), “Morskoy Dvor” (Sea Yard), “Neonovaya Plaza” (Neon Plaza), “Bashnya Elite” (Elite Tower), “Nebesnyi Hotel” (Sky Hotel), etc. The overall amount of investments is estimated to be $20bn. It is reported by the “Vedomosit” newspaper.
Let us remind you that the Kaliningrad area is one of the four regions where from July 1st, 2009, it will be allowed to place gambling facilities. The overall area of the gaming zone will be 500 hectares.
