Kuban income may increase tenfold thanks to gaming zone
Governor of Krasnodar region Alexander Tkachiov believes that revenues from gaming business may increase tenfold after the gaming zone is set up in the region. `Thanks to the “Kuban Las Vegas” we are planning to increase the regional revenues from gaming business tenfold in several years – from 1 to 10bn rubles a year. Besides, there will be thousands of new employment opportunities”, he remarked.
In the nearest future a thirty-thousand city – Azov City – will be built on the border with Rostov region.
“28bn rubles of investments will be involved in setting up the infrastructure of the special gaming zone. The large-scale project will give a push to development of the whole Azov coastline. Eysk Airport will be reconstructed, motorways and railways built, a modern sea port designed”, the Governor`s press service quoted the words of A. Tkachiov.
