Governor of Krasnodar region adopts US experience of authorities and gaming business interaction
The Governor of Krasnodar region, Alexander Tkachev, went for a trip to the USA to study the experience of gaming zones and authorities and gaming business interaction.
“A. Tkachev is interested in many aspects of operations in gaming zones: building gambling facilities and infrastructure, employment opportunities and revenues to the budget, and other economic details”, the “Interfax-South” agency was informed on Monday by a spokesman of the regional administration. He remarked that the trip to the USA had been arranged through the invitation of American officials and businessmen.
Among the travelers there is also a delegation from Rostov region headedby its Governor Vladimir Tchub.
“For both regions the issue is urgent because as soon as in 2009 all gambling facilities will be “relocated” to the special gaming zone – on the border between Shcherbinovski district of Kuban and Azovsk district of Rostov region”, explained the spokesman to the agency.
