Tver Region is aspiring to place one of the four gaming zones in it
This was announced on Saturday by Tver Region Governor Dmitry Zelenin. “Our region is the largest one in the Central federal district, and we have enough places distanced from residential areas, where it is quite possible to locate a gaming zone,” said Dmitri Zelenin. He remarked that within the territory of the region there is Moscow-Saint-Petersburg highway the area along it is quite suitable for these purposes as well. Governor said that the regional administration is sure to submit such an application.
Ivanovo and Moscow regions are also aspiring to place a gaming zone in the Central federal district. Let us remind you that early in October the RF President Vladimir Putin presented to the State Duma a gaming business legislation pursuant to which up to the year 2009 all gaming institutions must be placed in four zones. Two of them will be in the European part of Russia, one in Syberia and one more in the Far East.
