A meeting of founders and members of the Association was held in ADIB today. Questions of licensing and legislative regulation of a gaming in Russia were on the agenda.

A meeting of founders and members of the Association was held in ADIB today. Questions of licensing and legislative regulation of a gaming in Russia were on the agenda. Besides in course of the meeting there was a discussion of an ADIB program which applies to expansions of an Association representation in regions. Igor Ballo has offered Evgenie Goroshko's, a vice-president of ADIB’s, candidacy on the post of the Association representative in Chelyabinsk and the Chelyabinsk area. The candidacy was unanimously approved. Evgenie Goroshko promised to do everything in order to make ADIB properly representedin his region.
Information of ADIB. Evgeniy Goroshko was born on January 7th, 1969 in Berezniki, Perm district. He has been working as a director of a legal department in “Labi” company in Chelyabinsk for 10 years. He moved to Moscow in 2003. He gained a status of a lawyer in the middle of 2005. Also is currently doing a private practice by defending the interests of gaming companies in court together with Evgeniy Kovtun in “Gor&Koff” company.
He is an author of great number of articles on problems of taxation and legislative control of the gaming industry. He is an author of “Gaming and bets in Russia-2005” (jointly with Evgeniy Kovtun) and “Gaming industry for lamers”.
