Owners of casinos and slot halls to start a new game
According to the estimates of National Bookmakers` Association, the bookmaking market in Russian was $800 million in 2006, and in 2007 it is expected to grow 30% more. Evgeniy Kovtun, Vice-President of Gambling Operators` Association, does not think it impossible that, after “little fellows” unable to collect 100 million of net assets had to leave the market, the virtually “bare” market will attract gambling operators specializing in casinos and slot machines, “The Regulation has been issued but there is still no procedure for issuing licences.
